After tinkering with a cheap deadbolt lock for close to one hour and uttering many words I did not realize I knew, I gave up and called Derek, He came to the rescue and in no time had the job done, and not just done but very well done. Thank you Derek!

Derek came instantly, gave me options in terms of cost vs. quality (and wasn't pushy in either direction), performed the work well, and charged a reasonable amount. I was perfectly pleased with his service.

Very glad I called Derek, he was at my house within 15 minutes, fixed my lock problem and gave me advice on better home protection. I took his advice and he installed another unit with in minutes. A GREAT fella to deal with. I highly recommend him to anyone, for workmanship and good honest advice.

Derek was literally a life saver today. After buckling my 3 year old and 2 year old into their car seats I shut the door leaving my keys on the front seat. All 4 doors were locked. The staff at Image Hair Design quickly called Derek and he was there sooo fast. I was trying not to panic but it is so hot and I was terrified. I can't thank you enough for helping my family today. You are a hero in my books!

Really great service. Derrick gave us good advice and quickly installed new doorknobs, deadbolts, and a keypad for keyless entry. We were considering having all doors with keypads and Derrick told us that really, only one was necessary on the most used door. THIS SAVED US $500. Then he rekeyed a couple of the deadbolts instead of selling us new ones. Again, he saved us money. If you want an honest assessment of your needs, and on time service, I strongly recommend Derrick at Okotoks Lock & Safe. Integrity and strong work ethic.
