Since 1989 I've worked in the fitness industry and dedicated my life to finding the most efficient methods of improving body shape, losing fat, and building muscle.  I have a Bachelors' Degree in Physical Edulation, have been a high ranking provincial bodybuilder, and I'm currently working on having my first book published.
