A motorcycle accident was the catalyst that started the fitness journey for me.  After months of rehab, I began to realize just how GREAT strength training made my body look and feel, and I knew I needed to help others feel the same!  After 33 years as a Fitness Coach, I’ve had the opportunity to help thousands of people of ALL ages and abilities.  Everything from stay-at-home moms to high level athletes; people getting ready for their wedding day or a fitness competition, or simply individuals that want to look and feel better!
My passion has also brought me in front of large audiences as a motivational speaker and mentor, helping to educate the public about the benefits of fitness.   From coaching at hockey school, to writing a fitness column in the newspaper or standing on a Provincial Bodybuilding stage… my education and experience can help YOU to REACH YOUR FITNESS GOALS too!
