This Saturday we are having Professor Keith Owen to the Okotoks Goshinkan Jujitsu dojo for a ground fighting seminar. Keith is a Black Belt under Pedro Sauer, hails from Idaho and is a highly regarded BJJ coach and trainer.
The seminar is from 2PM - 5PM and is only $75. All clubs, styles and experience welcome. More information can be found here:

Muay Thai and Kickboxing program for beginners starts January 6 at our Okotoks dojo. Headed by Mike Zeintek a 3rd Degree Muay Thai Black Belt from Mike Miles Gym in Calgary. Open for students 11+.
