Graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney Australia, Kyle has worked and travelled around the world. From Michelin Star restaurants in London, to Two Hat restaurants in Melbourne. After eating his way through India, Asia, Australia and Europe, Kyle has returned to his hometown of Calgary to continue his passion for food and fermentation.
